Trees still amazes me, it’s not that I was least expecting it to but just when I had stopped thinking too much about it, an insight or a quote or a fact or an experience overwhelms me with a new thrust of curiosity.
Did you know that trees are responsible for creating and sustaining life in the waters too? My reference here is to the trees on land that have a direct impact on life in the water, not the plants growing in the water.
The dead matter of trees, such as fallen leaves, barks, stems, flowers, et al when they fall in any water body, they give rise or life to planktons. And these planktons are very important contributors to the beginning of the food chain.
