A few weeks back, I was sitting with a few close friends and an acquaintance at his residence (also a beautiful ashram called The Urban Ashram) when he asked me about my work and how it is shaping up. I told him I am packing my bags and heading back home. He was surprised and rather concerned. So, we discussed my visions for Ek Titli. I told him about my interest in sustainability, organic farming, the use of non-conventional energy and creating awareness for a cleaner environment through events, seminars, etc.

I am passionate about what I am doing, about my dreams. He saw that. He saw my thirst to learn and experiment. He quickly made an offer that I eventually took up as I always wanted a ‘play space’ of this kind, something which is raw and needs to be developed into a beautiful landscape; I’ve been given a blank canvas to paint.

He offered me his garage, which I now call “The Hive” (thanks to Vinay for the name) and his entire back yard and terrace for my experiments.

I had The Hive inaugurated by one of the greatest spiritual masters of our times, Mr. Erik Berglund on Dusshera, the festival of abundance.
I touch my heart and bow down to all the people who know me, who’ve known me and who will get to know me, for all their blessings and love ‘coz they have helped build this pathway that has in time led me here.
I sincerely thank Mr. Sheetal Sanghvi, founder of The Urban Ashram, my lovely parents and beautiful sisters and my buddies and friends for all their love, support and belief in me. You are the wheels of my car.
